A person pinned by a backhoe has been rescued in Okeechobee County, according to fire rescue.
A unit was originally dispatched to a call of a person with back pain.
When first responders got to the scene they say that they found a worker in a trench who had been pinned by heavy equipment.
Crews worked along with contractors to stabilize and then remove the worker, according to Okeechobee County Fire Rescue.
The worker's condition was not released.
