OKEECHOBEE, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly hit and run crash in Okeechobee County.
FHP said it happened Sunday night around 7:30 p.m.
Troopers said 38-year-old Anthony Michael Pipitone was laying on the west shoulder of U.S. Highway 441.
A vehicle traveling southbound on 441, just south of SE 99th Trail, ran over Pipitone then kept going.
FHP is now looking for any information about who the driver is.
