UPDATE: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman whose body was found  around 9 a.m. Monday near Beeline Highway and Indiantown Road.

She was 32-year-old Rachel Elizabeth Bey.

Detectives say a worker discovered the body about 50 feet from Beeline Highway.

Bulldozer operator Tommy Cannon says he and a utilities worker made the gruesome discovery. “We ran down there real quick and she was definitely dead so we called 911 and I called my supervisor and now we're still here working," he said. "[I'm] pretty shaken up about it, just trying to stay busy with what I got to do."

The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of death, which is being classified as a homicide.
