A tractor-trailer and at least one other vehicle crashed Friday morning on the Beeline Highway in northern Palm Beach Cunty.
The crash occurred at about 4:22 a.m. before the intersection with Indiantown Road.
The wreck involved a tractor-trailer and at least one other vehicle.
One southbound lane was closed for about an hour and half, but all lanes were open by 6 a.m.
Trauma Hawk was called to the scene, but it's unclear how many people were hurt.
