PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — A small plane made a hard landing Tuesday afternoon in the Avenir community of Palm Beach Gardens.

The plane landed off of Northlake Boulevard on a dirt road.

Police and deputies are at a scene.

It's unclear what caused the plane to make the emergency landing.
