There are new conditions relating to the house arrest of former Palm Beach Garden's Police Officer Nouman Raja.

Raja, who is awaiting trial, faces charges of attempted first degree murder and manslaughter in the shooting death of Corey Jones.

Jones was a local musician whose car broke down in October.

NewsChannel 5 Contact 5 investigators found that under a new agreement Raja is allowed to drop off his daughter to a local community center, get a haircut once a month and buy gas on his way to and from work.

It’s not clear if the former officer is employed right now.

Raja's next court appearance is scheduled for July 14.
