PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — A new 55 and older community is coming to Palm Beach Gardens.

Construction started on Dec. 4 on Arcadia Gardens, located at 3650 RCA Boulevard.

The community will feature a 15,000 square foot clubhouse, resort style pool, dog park, pickleball, and more.
