With the forecast calling for rain this week, many eyes are on PGA National for the Honda Classic - especially after last year's soaking on one of the last days of competition.
"That unknown factor of weather is always in the back of our minds," says Tournament Director Andrew George.
2015's Honda Classic saw strong storms whipped through the course, creating a mess.
The rain fell hard and fast, leaving a mud everywhere.
Officials this year are keeping a close eye on weather conditions.
George took us on a tour of PGA National to show us the changes they made to make sure the muddy mess doesn't happen again.
New this year - added concrete and expanded walkways to make sure golf carts and spectators aren't moving through mud - especially around the popular 'Bear Trap'.
Also, evacuation plans have been beefed up with alternate routes and more covered areas added to the course.
George says when bad weather hits, cooperation between agencies goes a long way.
"For us it starts with communication that we have between the city of Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, our tournament staff, and then all the other security elements we have out here," he says.
