PALM BEACH SHORES, Fla. — Utility crews worked to repair a water main break in Palm Beach Shores on Monday that shot water several feet into the air.
The Town of Palm Beach Shores said the break was on Ocean Ave. between Edwards and Cascade Lanes.
Video showed a gaping hole in the ground, and water gushing onto the street and homes.
Town officials said Riviera Beach Water Utility workers managed to restore water service by 3 p.m., and a boil water notice will be in place as a precaution.
