A new statue is giving the Florida Highway Patrol more muscle to crack down on aggressive driving.
Drivers can get a ticket for committing two or more of the following acts: Speeding, tailgating improper passing, failing to yield the right of way and violating a traffic control signal.
Troopers are also reminding drivers to report aggressive drivers by calling *FHP.
