The 27-year-old-man accused of selling drugs and guns, from the same home where three people were murdered, was back in federal court Monday morning.
During that hearing, it was revealed that Charles Vorpagel will be transferred to a Miami jail. However, it’s not clear when and why. His preliminary hearing was pushed back until June.
Vorpagel was arrested after police searched the Jupiter home following the killings on Super Bowl night.
Investigators found guns, ammunition and drugs packaged for sale. That evidence led to Vorpagel’s arrest.
Meanwhile, it’s been five weeks and there are still no arrests for the murders and police remain tight lipped about the investigation.
Vorpagel is facing charges only related to the guns and drugs. His next hearing is June 12.
