The 19-year-old accused of breaking through a Martin County woman's window, in a drug-induced attack, won't have to pay his court fees.

Nico Gallo appeared in court Thursday where his attorney argued Gallo doesn't have enough money to pay for court costs.

A judge decided to grant the motion.

Gallo's attorney said Gallo's family did put up the money to pay for private legal counsel.

Gallo is being held in the Martin County Jail on charges of burglary and assault after deputies say he broke in and attacked a homeowner and her son in August.

Detectives say he was on a psychedelic drug at the time.
