A windsurfer died in a collision with a boat Friday, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
It said the boat and Thomas Connelly, 68, of Stuart collided about a 1/2 mile north of the Stuart Causeway just before 5 p.m. April 14.
The operator of the boat stopped and performed CPR.
Connelly was transported to Martin Memorial Hospital North but did not survive his injuries.
