Pusateri’s Chicago Pizza in Stuart was proudly hanging the 'W' outside their restaurant Thursday morning after the Cubs World Series victory.

It's something owner Mike Rendino says they've been planning to do for a decade.

Rendino says his restaurant was packed Wednesday for the series-clinching win by the Cubbies. Fans came for the Chicago-style pizza, Vienna hot dogs and spirits.

“It was like sitting with family," Rendino said. "I mean everyone was pulling the same weight, we were all up and down all night and excited about it. The ending is just what we wanted.”

Paul Nunley attended all three home games in Chicago.  On Thursday morning, he celebrated with Rendino by bringing him back memorabilia.

“I can’t believe it, I'm still on cloud nine," Nunley said.

Pusateri plans on hanging more memorabilia, but say it will bare the words "2016 World Series Champs."
