STUART, Fla. — A roadway at a Stuart railroad crossing is closed after an accident involving an unoccupied vehicle and a Brightline train, the Stuart Police Department confirmed.
The closure is in effect at the Rinker Crossing, where SE Dixie Highway meets SE Decker Avenue.
Authorities have warned motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes while emergency crews and railroad personnel respond and clear the scene.
