PALM CITY, Fla. — A small plane made an emergency landing in a Palm City neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, the plane landed on a paved road in the Canopy Creek neighborhood.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office's touted the "amazing" landing and the pilot's ability to strategically avoid hitting any homes.

It wasn't immediately known what caused the pilot to make an emergency landing.
No injuries were reported.
