UPDATE: The cases for Nico Gallo and Austin Harrouff have both been continued until Jan. 24.   Austin Harrouff's attorney said Tuesday his client's toxicology report should be released Wednesday.

EARLIER STORY:

The lawyers for two Martin County teens accused of attacks on innocent people are due in court Tuesday.

Nico Gallo and Austin Harrouff are both on the court docket.  Gallo is in for a status hearing and Harrouff for an arraignment.

Gallo and Harrouff are accused of separate attacks within weeks of each other.

Deputies say Harrouff killed a Martin County couple while they were in their garage.  They say he also stabbed a neighbor who tried to save the couple.

Two weeks later, deputies say Gallo broke into a woman’s window and attacked her and her son.

Deputies said Gallo confessed to using drugs.

Harrouff was tested, but his toxicology results haven't been made public.

Neither men are expected to be in court.
