Vero Beach police seeking information on 13-year-old runaway girl

Vero Beach police are seeking information on a 13-year-old Vero Beach runaway girl.

Lisa Riggs, aka Taylor Nicole, Nicole Witt and Kasey Nicole Nightingale, is described as 5 foot 5, weighing 120 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She dyes her hair often and try to conceal her identity, officials said. 

The teen was last seen wearing a grey sweater and blue jeans.  She has a belly button and tongue piercing. 

Lisa frequents the Indian River Mall and has been heard telling men she is 18-years-old and is a Indian River State College student. She frequents areas with free WiFi, police said. 

According to officials, the teen is a frequent runaway and has been previously recovered in Fort Pierce, Fellsmere and Sebastian.

On July 31, police found her with a white male named Brandron Josephson at 5001 Tuscaroa Avenue in St. Cloud.
