Same suspect sought in two Vero Beach 7-Eleven robberies

A Vero Beach convenience store was robbed twice over the July 4th weekend and police suspect the same person was responsible.

Around 4:30 Saturday morning a masked man armed with weapon robbed the clerk at the 7-Eleven located at 2032 US-1, according to police.

Monday at 3 a.m. the same store was targeted.

In both cases the suspect wore a mask and scarf and carried an 'edged' weapon.

He's believed to be 20 to 30-years-old, 5’4”-5’8” tall and weighing 180 pounds. He had on blue or black Nike sneakers with white soles.
