Final day to request mail-in ballot in IRC

Voters in Indian River County  have until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9 to request a mail in ballot for the March 15 primary.

Voters may request a mail-in ballot in person at the Elections Office, by mail, online or at VoteIndianRiver.com or by phone at (772) 226-3440.

Remember, mail ballots cannot be forwarded and may not be sent to an address other than the address on file with the elections office without written authorization from the voter.

In order for a voted mail-in ballot to be counted, the certificate on the backside of the return mailing envelope must be signed and the voter's signature must match their signature on record.
