Firefighters are battling a brush fire in Indian River County.
As of Monday afternoon it was 75% contained and had consumed 45 acres, according to the Florida Forest Service.
The fire is east of I-95 and south of Vero Lake Estates.
So far it has not threatened any buildings and no one has been injured.
July 2016 was the driest July on record for Vero Beach, according to the National Weather Service.
