PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- A woman died Friday night in a Palm Beach County crash.
At 8:18 p.m., a 2017 Kia was traveling eastbound on Lake Worth Road in the left hand turn lane.
A 2007 Dodge was traveling westbound on Lake Worth Road in the center lane.
The driver of the Kia attempted to make a left-hand turn onto 2nd Avenue North, but failed to observe the Dodge.
The front of the Dodge collided with the right side of the Kia.
The front seat passenger of the Kia, a 61-year-old woman, was pronounced deceased at the scene. She has not yet been identified. The driver of the Kia was hospitalized in critical condition.
The driver of the Dodge was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The investigation is still pending.
