West Palm Beach police are looking for a missing teen.
17-year-old Xavier Quantest Scott was last seen on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 4:25 p.m. in the area of 45th Street and Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, wearing a tan zip-up hoodie, long denim shorts, high green socks, black slides-style shoes, with short dreadlocks.
The public is warned that they should use caution with Scott as he may be violent and suicidal.
