West Palm Beach police are trying to locate Nicholas Ray Hunter.
The 29-year-old man was last seen on April 17. He was driving a 2008 green Ford Taurus.
Police said he suffers from a medical condition and is considered endangered.
Hunter 5-foot-9 and weighs 180 pounds. He has the tattoo 'blood candy' on the top of his head.
