Suspect charged in April West Palm Beach homicide

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A Riviera Beach man, accused of shooting and killing a teenager earlier this year, was arrested Monday.

Javon Lusane, 24, is charged with second-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a felon.

Police said he killed Ledarius Fitzgerald, 18, at 5:26 a.m. on April 19 near 15th Street and North Tamarind Avenue.

Lusane, who the police report states is also known as “Hittman,” is being held without bail.
