SunFest 2016 has finally arrived.
Gates open today at 5 p.m. and the music begins a short time later.
Cade takes the stage at 5:45. Lukas Graham starts at 6:30. You can catch Secret Weapons at 7, Meghan Trainor at 8 or Duran Duran at 8:30.
The SunFest app can help when you want to find the closest concession stand.
Organizers are expecting more than 175,000 people over 5 days.
There will be a triage tent staffed with paramedics ready to treat issues such as dehydration, overexposure, and sunburn.
SunFest reminds visitors the following items are not allowed:
Coolers, bottles/beverages, glass bottles or containers, food, pets, audio recording devices, Frisbees, roller skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, in-line skates, professional still or video cameras, glow products, laser products, sports balls, water guns, weapons, knives, firearms, explosives or drones.
