The Palm Beach County School District is hosting a bus driver job fair on Saturday, July 14.
The job fair takes place at the school district central bus facility at 3376 Summit Blvd. in West Palm Beach from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Candidates must be a licensed driver for a least five years and have a good driving record.
Candidates who get hired will be paid $11.04 per hour for up to 80 hours during training.
Following training, the starting pay is $14.42 per hour.
Full benefits are offered, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the ability to participate in the Florida Retirement System (FRS).
Candidates are encouraged to fill out an application online prior to the fair.
Computers will also be available and staff will be on hand to assist candidates with completing the online application.
Candidates who have completed an application prior to the fair will be interviewed and could be offered a position on site.
