PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Throughout Casa Del Monte mobile home park in suburban West Palm Beach, there are some angry residents.

Hector Portillo says Christmas Day was anything but a holiday. He is just one of the residents without running water at the mobile home park on Forest Hill Boulevard east of Jog Road.

"It's just horrible because like today for example I was by myself taking care of the baby. All my dishes are dirty because there's no water so it's just bad," he said.

Portillo says management of the place didn't notify him of the problem.

"I went to the office several times and complained about it but they say, they're working on it," he said.

At the park there's approximately 657 lots. Residents say, there's around 3,000 people living at Casa Del monte.

WPTV tried to speak with management but didn't get a comment.

Martin Toxqui lives a few rows down from Hector. He says, this entire situation has taken a toll on his family.

"No good, my family go to Walmart right now to go to the bathroom. No water at all, no toilets," he said.

Hector says he has no idea when the water is going to be turned back on.

"They just shut the water off and that's it," he said.

Hector says, he's had it with Casa Del Monte. He so tired of the place he's decided it's time to move.
