WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Police are looking to locate 16-year-old Nicholas Toulouse.
He was last seen Saturday, November 5, 2016 in the parking lot of JFK North hospital on 45th Street.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black jeans.
He fled on foot eastbound on Congress Avenue where his mother lost sight of him.
