Police have charged 23-year-old Chad S. Bailey with attempted murder.
Police say he stabbed a woman in the neck outside of Sushi Yama on Clematis Street Friday night in West Palm Beach.
A West Palm Beach police spokesman said the attack was unprovoked.
Bailey is being held without bond at the Palm Beach County Jail.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and she is in a stable condition.
