PBSO looks to identify West Palm Beach ATM robber

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking to identify a male wanted for Strong Robbery of a person at an ATM.

PBSO says the male approached his victim on July 26, 2016 at 2:07 a.m. at the ATM in the 5800 block of Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach.

Deputies say the suspect immediately put the victim in a bear hug and choke hold while she was attempting to use the ATM. He stole various personal items from her then fled in an unknown direction.

The male is described as white, wearing a black t-shirt with a long light colored shirt underneath, black pants, a black mask and gloves.
