By next spring a World Series champion banner will be at the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.

Both the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals will meet in the best of seven series after starting the spring at the same complex at 45th St and Haverhill.

“There’s so much excitement its palatable among our fan bases,” says the park’s general manager Matt Slatus.

“People calling how do I get tickets how do I get down there, we’re ready for 2020 and we expect big crowds,” says Slatus.

The Fitteam Ballpark of the Palm Beaches is just three years old after it was built with funding from the state, Palm Beach County and West Palm Beach.

“One day I will wear a Astros jersey and Nationals cap and next day Astros cap and Nationals jersey,” says George Linley of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.

This Friday the ballpark will host a Game 3 watch party. Admission is free and vouchers are available online here at this link: http://www.fitteamballpark.com/watchparty
