WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach County School District is holding a free immunization clinic on Thursday.
This free event allows parents to get their kids the vaccinations they need before school starts.
According to Palm Beach County Health Department this is a regularly scheduled outreach and not in response to the measles or hepatitis A outbreak.
The clinic is being held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd. Building E No. 4.
