Three Palm Beach County men accused of conspiring with ISIS will remain in jail.

Gregory Hubbard, Darren Jackson and Dayne Christian were in federal court Wednesday.

Attorneys for all 3 requested a trial by jury.

Hubbard's attorney  chose to have a pre-trial detention hearing.  The judge denied bond saying Hubbard is a flight risk.

All three men are now in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Officials say Hubbard had bought an airline ticket to Germany and then planned to take a train to Turkey and then head to Syria.

Hubbard was arrested on July 21, 2016, at Miami International Airport prior to the first leg of his overseas trip, according to the Justice Department. Jackson, who had driven Hubbard to the airport, was arrested after he left the airport and Christian was arrested at work.

If convicted, they face up to 20 years in prison.
