PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Palm Beach County has launched a mortgage assistance program for households having trouble paying for their mortgage payments, property taxes, homeowners insurance or other payments that may result in foreclosure if delinquent.
The Palm Beach County CARES program is awarding financial assistance as individual grants to income-eligible households that meets the selection criteria.
According to a news release, the money is being distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to those applicants who qualify.
The application period runs from June 29 through August 14.
