PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Palm Beach County is gaining national attention as a shopping destination, but the store getting attention might be a second-hand thought for some.

At Dina C's Boutique in West Palm Beach you never know what fashion piece you might find, but you will find a good deal.

"It almost like the quest for the holy grail for that one piece that may have been $2,000 on the rack and you're buying it for $250," Dina Capehart said.

Nine years ago Capehart opened the boutique with a particular vision.

"Fab and funky consignment boutique," she said.

Now, this small store gets visitors from all over the world.

"They're pretty amazed by what we have here," Leslie Diver said.

Diver is the founder of Island Living Tours. She says fashionistas are flocking to Palm Beach County for rare finds.

"When it comes to consignment store shopping just remember Palm Beach is the richest zip code in the United States," Diver said.

Capehart says during high season her racks fill up with designer brands like Gucci and Chanel.

"The choices are endless here," she said.

She says younger generations aren't afraid of the second-hand stigma. A trend that's bringing new life to an old tradition.

"Everyone is looking to bring back the past," Capehart said.
