WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- It's been one full year since a tiger mauled lead Zookeeper Stacey Konwiser at the Palm Beach Zoo.

Several investigations determined that she violated safety rules.

The zoo was cleared in the incident, but zoo officials said they made changes after the attack.

The Palm Beach Zoo says they increased training for zookeepers and added cameras to monitor access and transfer doors to the tiger night house where the attack happened.

Two zookeepers must also now be present to enter an animal's enclosure.
