WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Police are investigating after a man was struck and killed by a train Monday morning.
Police say 37-year-old Randall Felton was walking along the 1100 block of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. at 5 a.m.
Witness say Felton was walking east to west as a southbound Tri-Rail train approached and struck him.
