A man is dead and a woman is in the hospital after a shooting in the parking lot of a West Palm Beach apartment complex Saturday night.
Police say a man shot his wife and another man inside a car in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Brandywine Road around 10:36 p.m.
The suspect, identified as Robert Finney, 36, shot Robert Anthony, 20, and his wife Roqueria Mills, also 20.
According to court records Finney and Mills are currently going through a divorce. They married in 2016 when she was 18-years-old.
Both Mills and Anthony were taken to the hospital. Anthony died from his injuries and Mills' family told WPTV she is in critical condition.
"At this time she's fighting for her life and we're asking for prayers," Mills' Uncle, Jason Mills said.
Finney has been charged with homicide and attempted homicide and was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
