A group of Suncoast High students traveling abroad in Belgium during the Brussel's attacks returned home this evening.

Students say they're glad to be home after what they call a great experience. Meanwhile parents are relieved their kids are safe.

19 students are home safe and sound, reunited with loved ones and glad they avoided Brussel's Tuesday.

"So thankful I wasn't there," says Sybil Bernadott, a student at Suncoast High School.

"Relieved that we didn't go. Everything works out for a reason," says student Jaelyn Brown.

Tuesday's attacks were a shock to parents knowing their kids were so close.

"Just the coincidence of being in the country at the same time even," says parent Dwayne Brown.

However good communication from the teacher who organized the trip took away some of those concerns.

"We just got in front of it before they heard the bad news and we always thought the focus should be on the victims in Belgium," says teacher David Traill.

Despite the attacks, each and every student said they would go back to Europe in a heartbeat.

"I love Europe and can't wait to go back!"
