EARLIER:
The level one baggage claim area at Palm Beach International Airport has been evacuated after a piece of unattended luggage was found.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office dispatched its Bomb and Arson unit to investigate.
The luggage was located on the first floor near one of the carousals not near the taxi area.
The sheriff's office now says outbound flights have been delayed and inbound flights are being held on the tarmac
All entrances are blocked to the airport.
The sheriff's office says no one will be allowed to enter or leave the airport until the package is safely checked and secured.
