A jury has found Donovan Henry guilty of second degree murder with a firearm in the murder of FAU student Nicholas Acosta

Acosta died during an alleged drug deal a year ago at the University Park apartments in Boca Raton.

A total of four people were arrested in connection with Acosta's death.

Rodrick Woods previously pleaded guilty to second degree murder with a firearm. He agreed to testify in other trials.

Henry was also found guilty of burglary and robbery with a firearm.

"Today nobody won but at least we got justice," Acosta's father Jimmy Acosta said following the verdict.

Henry's sentencing is set for January 19 at 8:30 a.m.
