WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — An intersection in downtown West Palm Beach received a new look this weekend courtesy of some artistic local students.
The city teamed up with students from Dreyfoos School of the Arts’ Visual Arts Department to brighten up the intersection of Tamarind Avenue and Fern Street.
“When we saw it from an aerial view, from a drone, it looked just like the design, which is a really great surprise. We were so happy about that,” said student Megan Tachev, who helped design and paint the intersection.
This is the second time Dreyfoos students have been allowed to paint the intersection.
