Dalia Dippolito will be back in court Friday when her attorneys will be fighting a request by the state to remove one of her attorney's from the case.
They will also argue against the state's request to prevent them from making any public comments about the case.
Dippolito is accused of hiring a hit man to kill her husband. Her last trial in December ended with a hung jury. She is set to be retried in June.
