Saturday was Diabetes Awareness Day at the Palm Beach Outlets.
The event was organized by Palm Healthcare Foundation, and it's the premiere event of Diabetes Month, which lasts the month of November.
There were dozens of vendors with hundreds of people who showed up to get screened for diabetes, get information, and participate in healthy lifestyle demonstrations.
One in ten people in Palm Beach County have been diagnosed with diabetes.
