WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Subculture Coffee in downtown West Palm Beach reopened Wednesday afternoon after a fire broke at the business the night before.
A roaster at the coffee shop, located at 509 Clematis Street, caught fire just after 10 p.m. on Tuesday. Employees opened the roaster and flames shot out, according to Subculture's owner.
Firefighters arrived and reported smoke coming from the building.
The coffee shop's owner said a city inspector went to the business Wednesday morning and turned the power back on.
There is some water damage to the building, but no one was hurt.
