A seven-vehicle crash injured nine people Monday morning on Interstate 95 northbound at 45th Street, causing big backups in West Palm Beach.
Chopper 5 flew over the scene and multiple fire crews are at the scene.
West Palm Beach Fire Rescue said five patients were treated at the scene, and four others were transported to area hospitals.
The wreck was reported around 8 a.m., closing three lanes.
All lanes were back open by 10 a.m.
