A crash at the entrance ramp of I-95 northbound at Okeechobee Boulevard caused backups to Forest Hill Boulevard Wednesday morning.
At 8:20 a.m., traffic in the area was only traveling at 11-22 mph.
By 9 a.m., traffic was beginning to get back to normal.
