Lawyers for Dalia Dippolito are expected to appear in court for a hearing Wednesday in West Palm Beach.
Her defense team claims prosecutors are violating the same gag order they recently requested from a judge.
At issue is a video on the Boynton Beach police department's YouTube page showing Dippolito's arrest.
That video also involves a description of the case, which Dippolito's attorneys say is not allowed under the new gag order.
Dippolito’s case is scheduled to go to a third trial beginning June 2. Boynton Beach police accused Dippolito of hiring a hit man to kill her then husband in 2009.
Wednesday's hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m.
