A Palm Beach County judge ordered the families of Austin Stephanos and Perry Cohen to attend the hearing.

According to court documents, the hearing will address objections to questions asked of some of the parents regarding a recovered iPhone.

The iPhone, belonging to Austin, was sent to Apple to see if any pertinent information could be recovered about the boys' disappearance.

Apple recently sent a letter to the court advising it of a request by Austin’s father, William Blu Stephanos, after he asked Apple to return his son’s phone to him.

Apple was unsuccessful in retrieving anything from the phone and in the letter said it is prepared to fulfill Stephanos’ request, as long as there are no objections by the court.

Court documents have not said if that issue was resolved.
